• the person submitting the request is the Licensee’s MLRO or another officer approved by the Agency;
• each person identified in the request is authorized by the Licensee to access AMLive;
• all information provided is complete and accurate;
• each approved Authorized User will be subject to the AMLive Terms and Conditions; and
• the Licensee agrees to pay the applicable fee for each additional licence approved under this request.
